The membership options are okay overall, but I’ll be honest, I was kind of staring at them like, wait, which one actually makes sense for me? The prices seem fair if you’re going regularly, but if you’re only dropping in once in a while, I’m not sure it’s really worth it. I kept thinking it would be so much easier if they just laid out exactly what’s included in each plan a little more clearly. Not bad, just a bit confusing at first.

I was really happy with our visit. My 6-year-old and 11-year-old both had a fun time, which isn’t always easy to find in one place. The little kids’ area was a big help, especially for my younger one. It did get a little crowded with bigger kids at times, but the staff seemed to keep an eye on things. Overall, we left satisfied and would definitely go back.

I was frustrated that there weren’t enough seats for parents. I ended up standing most of the time, and when I asked about it, it felt like the response was just some policy excuse instead of actually trying to help.

We went recently and it wasn’t too crowded at all, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves, and they had a great time. I also liked that the email confirmation/receipt came through right away, so everything felt easy and organized.

"Easy birthday party with no hidden stress"
We had my son’s birthday at Jump Giants it was way smoother than I’d expected. The staff got everyone organised without making it feel rushed, the food turned up when it was supposed to, and the kids were clearly having the best time. Reading between the lines, what I really appreciated was not having to constantly chase things or fix little problems in the background. It all just worked. Definitely made the party feel easy, and I’d happily book again.

I did have a good time once we finally got in, but the queue situation was frustrating. It wasn’t clear where people were supposed to stand, and everyone seemed a bit confused. Staff didn’t really step in to manage it either, which made it feel more chaotic than it needed to be. We had a booking but still waited longer than expected. Overall, the experience was fun, but the organisation at the entrance definitely let it down.

"Easy Parking Made the Trip So Much Better"
Went to Jump Giants at the weekend and, the parking was probably the best part before we even got inside. There was, like, loads of space, so we didn’t have to do that annoying thing where you circle around forever looking for a spot. With the kids, bags, shoes, and all the usual stuff, it just made everything so much easier. Parked quickly, walked in quickly, and yeah, I’d definitely go again.

Took the kids to Jump Giants and we ended up getting some food there after. It was alright, like nothing to really complain about, but not something I’d rave about either. The drinks seemed a bit pricey for what you actually get, and the service was a little slow, which was a bit annoying when everyone was knackered. But yeah, it’s handy having food there so you don’t have to drag tired kids somewhere else after they’ve been jumping around

"Okay Overall, but Cleanliness Could Be Better"
The place was alright overall, nothing terrible, but it definitely could’ve been cleaner. A few tables and parts of the floor looked like they needed a proper wipe down, and the toilets were okay but kind of messy when we went. I also tried bringing it up and ended up getting transferred around, which was annoying. Not the worst experience, just very average.

"Customer service was alright"
They did end up helping me with what I needed, but the replies were slow and I had to wait longer than I expected, so overall it was okay, not terrible or anything, just not as quick or smooth as I was hoping.

We had such a fun time here! There were so many different activities that the kids didn’t get bored even once, which is always a win. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for something fun to do with the family.

"The timing was definitely the one downside"
This place is genuinely fun, no question about it. But the session felt way too short, like I’m absolutely certain we had barely gotten into it before it was already over. The timing was also kind of annoying, so that took away from the experience a bit.

I had to cancel a booking, and the refund policy felt a little stricter than I expected. The refund did come through in the end, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would, and I found myself rereading the terms a couple of times just to make sure I understood the small details. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not the smoothest either. I’d consider booking again, but only if I knew my plans were definitely locked in.

"Fun and Felt Safe"
Took my kids here last weekend and felt really good about the safety side of things. The staff were Actually paying attention, the rules were clear, and everything looked clean. Kids still had an absolute blast too, so yeah, 5 stars from us.

"Stayed nice and cool inside"
We went on a busy weekend, so I was expecting it to feel hot and stuffy in there. But surprisingly, it stayed really comfortable the whole time. The air felt fresh enough, and the kids just kept jumping around without complaining about being sweaty or needing a break. I was happy with how comfortable it was inside
